Christopher Sisk joined the firm in 2019 after working for a national litigation firm, where he represented clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of litigation issues. There, as now, his practice focused on appeals, trucking accidents, premises liability, professional malpractice, real estate, employment, construction, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Mr. Sisk has a track record of resolving cases to the satisfaction of his clients, whether through trial, arbitration, dispositive motion, or settlement.
Mr. Sisk graduated from the Texas Tech School of Law in 2015, where he was active in advocacy competitions and the Federalist Society. In 2014, Mr. Sisk was selected as a Judge K.K. Leggett Legal Fellow and worked with the Washington Legal Foundation, assisting in drafting amicus curiae briefs to the Supreme Court of the United States and other state and federal courts of appeal. He earned his bachelor's degree in 2012 from Abilene Christian University, where he majored in Accounting.
Representative Matters:
Successfully represented general contractors and subcontractors in complex, multi-party construction defect litigation.
Obtained favorable decisions from appellate courts in defending appeals arising out of personal injury and intentional torts.
Successfully defended restaurant and bar in a dram shop case involving a fatality.
Successfully defended trucking companies in state and federal court.
