Craig Adams has practiced law since 1998, handling litigation and business transactions for clients in the construction industry. His experience in construction law includes prosecuting and defending payment claims and mechanics liens, negotiating complex terms and conditions in construction contracts, advising clients on proper insurance coverages and contractual risk transfer provisions, resolving change order disputes, handling first-party insurance claims for property damage to commercial and residential structures, and handling litigation in construction accident, construction defect, and construction delay cases. He has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers, involved in residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects. Craig has significant experience in handling legal issues arising in multi-family construction projects.
Craig grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, and went to college at Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas. Mr. Adams graduated from law school at the University of Houston and returned to South Texas where he practiced law in both Corpus Christi and Brownsville. He has lived and practiced law in Austin, Texas, since 2009 and currently represents clients across the State of Texas.
