T. Grant Woodby joined FSSV as an Associate in July 2019. Mr. Woodby’s docket focuses on construction defect, personal injury, transportation liability, and commercial litigation cases.
Mr. Woodby is a 2013 graduate of Texas Tech School of Law. While at Tech Law, Mr. Woodby was an Articles Editor on the Texas Tech Law Review. Mr. Woodby earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas in 2010.
Mr. Woodby began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive courtroom experience prosecuting cases at the misdemeanor and felony levels. While at the DA’s office, he first-chaired scores of jury trials and distinguished himself as confident and competent litigator. After leaving the DA’s office, Mr. Woodby joined a prominent Austin family law firm. While practicing family law, Mr. Woodby honed his trial skills further; he also developed a compassionate, client-focused approach to his practice.
When not practicing law, Mr. Woodby enjoys fitness and exploring the vast green spaces Austin has to offer.
