Hugh Baker focuses his practice in civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on transportation liability, construction liability, and premises liability.

 

Mr. Baker received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans.  While attending Tulane, Mr. Baker was a managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.  He is now a member of Fee Smith’s Houston office, where he works to defend his clients on a broad range of liability matters.
