Micah joined the firm in 2021 bringing previous experience litigating bodily injury, employment discrimination and general commercial litigation cases. Micah had a distinguished fourteen-year career with a Fortune 150 insurance carrier as a claims examiner and supervisor prior to practicing law. As such, he understands the expectations claims professionals place on counsel.
He has appeared in courtrooms from Abilene to Longview and represented clients in various alternative dispute resolution forums. He has represented clients involved in auto accidents involving catastrophic injuries, employment discrimination disputes, and disputes involving marital property. Micah currently focuses his practice on catastrophic injury and nonsubscriber defense litigation.
He attended Texas Christian University, where he played in the symphony orchestra and received a B.B.A. in marketing. In 2017, Micah earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and acting as a student editor for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce.
