Nick Grasshoff joined the firm in 2015, and his practice primarily focuses on representing clients in construction liability and defect, premises liability, product liability and transportation liability litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Grasshoff was a member of The University of Tulsa’s Board of Advocates and competed at the national level in mock trial.
Mr. Grasshoff is a member of Pi Kappa Alpha and the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi.
Strong Structural Steel v. Satterfield & Pontikes – Successfully defended counter-claims against client (no liability finding), Strong Structural Steel, in multi-million dollar construction delay damages case (American Arbitration Association – March 2016).
Azim Ellam v. Joshua R. Snyder and Tru-Blue Conveyance, LLC – Obtained a unanimous defense verdict as first-chair in a jury trial in which the Plaintiff alleged that the Defendant and his trucking company rear-ended his vehicle. The jury found that the Plaintiff failed to yield the right-of-way while attempting to merge on to a Texas Highway and that the Plaintiff caused the accident (Travis County—January 2017).
