Mr. Steinbrunner has devoted most of his practice to complex litigation with an emphasis on business, and commercial litigation proceedings. Mr. Steinbrunner’s focus concerns investment fraud, shareholder disputes, joint venture/partnership disputes and cases involving breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Steinbrunner also devotes a lot of his practice to Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Texas Insurance Code violations and contract disputes. Mr. Steinbrunner handles all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial.
Mr. Steinbrunner is no stranger to the Courtroom where he has successfully tried cases before a jury representing clients in actions ranging from partnership and breach of contract disputes to cases dealing with common law and securities fraud. Mr. Steinbrunner has also appeared in courts from California to Illinois and has litigated in courts throughout the state of Texas.
Mr. Steinbrunner has been a part of the Fee, Smith, Sharp and Vitullo team since August of 2014. While in law school, Mr. Steinbrunner served as a judicial intern for Judge Jim Sharp in the First District Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas and interned at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in the 208th Criminal Court Felony Division.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Steinbrunner devotes a lot of his time to traveling with his wife, Ali Steinbrunner. Mr. Steinbrunner is licensed to practice in Texas and both the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas State Bar, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
