Tiffany Au is an associate attorney who represents clients in the areas of personal injury litigation, transportation liability and premises liability. Ms. Au earned admission to the Texas Bar in 2012 and has a diverse legal background.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Au gained litigation experience through successfully representing first-party insurers in insurance coverage defense cases, as well as representing third-party insurers in numerous personal injury defense cases from inception through trial. She has also tried cases to juries across North Texas resulting in favorable verdicts for her clients. Recently, Ms. Au tried a personal injury case in state court resulting in a defense verdict.
Her prior work includes externing for the Honorable Don D. Bush in the Eastern District of Texas, serving as a municipal prosecutor for the City of Irving, and defending traffic violations as an associate attorney at a firm in Fort Worth. Ms. Au is also a trained mediator and has experience mediating disputes involving consumer debt, family law and personal injury litigation.
During her law school tenure, Ms. Au served as the Symposium Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review, competed in Board of Barristers advocacy competitions, and worked as a student Westlaw representative. Ms. Au interned for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in the Environmental Crimes Division and the Honorable D’Metria Benson in Dallas County Court at Law No. 1. She earned her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2012 and received a Law and Science Certificate in Environmental Law.
