Ashley is a first-generation trial lawyer who comes from a family filled with entrepreneurs and ranchers. She has a passion for representing business owners.
Ashley attended Baylor University for undergraduate school, graduate school, and law school. At Baylor Law School, Ashley was on the Dean’s List and competed in moot court. She was in the finals of the Bob and Karen Wortham "Mad Dog" Practice Court Competition. Ashley was part of the first all-female graduating class at Baylor Law School. Ashley has a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies. In graduate school, Ashley taught public speaking, coached debate, and worked in the law library. She was a policy debater for Baylor and advanced to the Elite Eight in the National Debate Tournament in 2011. Ashley was the first female debater from Baylor to receive a first-round bid to the National Debate Tournament and to be invited to compete in the Kentucky Round Robin. Ashley worked her way through undergraduate and graduate school, receiving full-tuition scholarships for her involvement in the debate team.
Ashley has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2017. Ashley joined Fee Smith Sharp & Vitullo in 2021. Her practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, transportation liability, construction liability, and business litigation cases.
