Ashley Snell is an associate attorney whose practice primarily focuses on commercial automobile, premises liability, and construction accident cases involving personal injuries, property damage, and wrongful death. Specifically, Ms. Snell has experience defending long-haul truck drivers and trucking companies in cases involving compliance with both DOT and FMCSA regulations, as well as property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in a wide range of premises liability and construction defect claims.

 

On behalf of her clients, Ms. Snell has successfully argued and obtained a summary judgment dismissing all claims with prejudice, attended multiple mediations leading to favorable settlements, argued and obtained favorable Court rulings on discovery and pre-trial matters, and deposed expert and fact witnesses over a wide range of topics.

 

Prior to defending cases on behalf of clients, Ms. Snell worked for a personal injury firm where she represented clients involved in motor vehicle accidents and contract disputes. While there, Ms. Snell successfully litigated several multi-million dollar ERISA claims brought on behalf of ambulatory surgical centers within in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
