Brian Cano is the Managing Partner for our Houston office. He represents companies and individuals in high-exposure disputes throughout Texas in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Cano has been lead trial counsel for clients in a variety of contexts with a focus on transportation and trucking litigation, construction liability and defects, premises liability and property management, products liability and oil and gas injury disputes. Mr. Cano has served as lead trial counsel for national companies and individuals facing high-risk, large-dollar liability and catastrophic tort actions, including actions in some of the highest-exposure-jurisdictions in Texas.
Mr. Cano devotes his experience and expertise to efficiently and accurately evaluating lawsuits and other risks for clients. Mr. Cano’s diverse trial experience provides a solid foundation for him to counsel clients
on the resolution of disputes through alternative dispute mechanisms such as mediation, arbitration,
and jury trials.
Mr. Cano has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer in Texas (representing the top five percent
of Texas lawyers).
