Jeff C. Wright represents national and regional clients in the areas of nonsubscriber employer defense litigation, tort litigation, commercial litigation, and employment litigation.

Jeff C. Wright is a partner with FS&S and represents national and regional clients in the areas of nonsubscriber employer defense litigation, tort litigation, commercial litigation and employment litigation.

During the course of his legal career, he has successfully tried numerous cases to juries and to arbitrators, resulting in favorable verdicts for his clients. Additionally, Jeff has established a strong record for getting cases dismissed through summary judgment in favor of his clients. He represents business entities and individuals in a variety of litigation matters including insurance, tort defense, nonsubscriber employer defense, commercial disputes, premise liability, fiduciary liability, construction defects, employment-related disputes and ADA-related matters.

Mr. Wright takes great pride in the fact that his clients entrust him to represent and defend them in all types of litigation. He handles all of his cases, large or small, with the same passion and aggressive approach, while always keeping in mind his clients' goal of obtaining a successful and efficient resolution. Mr. Wright believes it is extremely important for the client to be fully informed about the risks of exposure in the case, as well as what the estimated legal costs would be to defend the case through trial. With the client having that information at the onset (and through updates thereafter), it allows the client to make informed decisions about possible settlement versus litigating it to the end.

Mr. Wright graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1993, where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree, majoring in finance. He earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1998. He has been licensed to practice law in the state of Texas since November 1998, and is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Texas. Mr. Wright is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. In 2017 and 2018, Mr. Wright was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine. Jeff was born in Tulsa, Okla., and is also a registered member of the Cherokee Nation.
