Jeremy R. Burkett is an Associate at FS&S and practices primarily in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, transportation liability, and other civil litigation matters.  He also defends and represents the interests of Public Entities in lawsuits governed by the Texas Tort Claims Act, including school districts, cities and local governments, counties and all other entities that are considered government municipalities.

Mr. Burkett is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law with honors and received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University. Prior to joining FS&S, Mr. Burkett was an associate at one of the oldest firms in West Texas and represented businesses and individuals in lawsuits involving general business and complex commercial disputes, construction defect cases, DTPA and RCLA claims, and other general litigation matters.

When not practicing law, Mr. Burkett enjoys playing golf and attending TCU football games.
