John Wilder practices in the areas of commercial automobile, premises liability, and construction accident cases involving personal injuries, property damage, and wrongful death.

John Wilder is an Associate at FS&S and practices primarily in the areas of commercial automobile, premises liability, and construction accident cases involving personal injuries, property damage, and wrongful death.

John is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining FS&S, John worked in education law, representing Texas public school districts.

While in law school, John clerked in the 99th District Court in Lubbock, Texas, for the Honorable William C. Sowder. John also worked for the University of Texas Athletic Department under Athletic Director Mike Perrin, where he assisted with vendor and employment contracts.

Born and raised in East Texas, John understands the importance of community, hard work, and accountability. Growing up in a family of educators and attorneys, John knew from an early age that he wanted his career to be centered around serving others.
