Maria L. Fox is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully represented her clients in numerous jury trials in state and federal courts in Houston and the surrounding areas, extending to Galveston and East Texas. Her areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, transportation, products liability, premises liability and general civil litigation.
Ms. Fox has also acquired unique experience in transportation litigation, which can include allegations of violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the Texas Transportation Code. Her vast and extensive experience in understanding the law as it applies to the facts enables her to aggressively and efficiently investigate, defend and try cases.
