Rochelle D. Prins is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented multiple clients in jury trials, resulting in multiple defense verdicts. She represents companies and individuals in high-exposure disputes and is passionate about defending the interests of her clients.
Her areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, transportation, products liability, premises liability, construction defect, and general civil litigation. She has extensive experience representing a variety of clients in both state and federal court. Ms. Prins devotes her experiences to efficiently and accurately investigating matters from the outset, identifying risks, evaluating risks and value, developing cases through discovery, negotiating favorable settlements, and preparing cases for arbitration and trial. She is an experienced and skilled brief writer and oral advocate, winning numerous motions including motions for summary judgment and motions to exclude opposing experts and other key evidence. Ms. Prins has also prepared many cases for appeal to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Ms. Prins graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011. She then earned her J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in only two and half years in 2013. After practicing in Arizona for several years, she relocated back to Houston, Texas, which she is proud to
call home.
