Mr. Sanders’ practice focuses on federal and state court litigation. In addition to managing FS&S's Austin office, he is counsel for clients in a wide variety of matters ranging from complex commercial litigation to premises, products and catastrophic personal injury matters. Mr. Sanders is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma and has tried numerous cases to verdict in both states. Prior to joining Fee Smith, Mr. Sanders served as an assistant district attorney in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. His responsibilities included handling a heavy felony docket in addition to the intake and prosecution of white collar criminal cases.
Mr. Sanders is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.
