Tracy is a trial lawyer with over 150 jury trials. He has represented individuals, corporations, government entities, and small business associations in his 30-year career as both plaintiffs and defendants in matters in Texas, Louisiana, California, New York, New Jersey, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and even in the Royal Courts of London, Austria, and the Island of Nevis. An excellent courtroom advocate, Tracy uses his experience to advise and counsel clients concerning the pitfalls of litigation and both managing and avoiding risks that lead to litigation, including drafting and revising Master Service Agreements, Corporate Policies and Guidelines, Employee Guidelines, and determining appropriate insurance coverage.
